FAQ ↓

Jenni supports email/password and Google sign-in. Your session persists across browser sessions automatically, and all your documents and data are preserved regardless of how you sign in.

Creating an Account

  1. Visit the registration page.
  2. Enter your name, email address, and password.
  3. Alternatively, click Continue with Google to sign up with your Google account.
  4. Check your email for a verification link. Click it to activate your account.

Email verification is required before you can access the platform. The link is sent automatically after registration.

Logging In

  1. Visit the login page.
  2. Enter your email and password, then click Sign In.
  3. Or click Continue with Google for Google sign-in.

Your session persists automatically across browser sessions. You do not need to log in again unless you explicitly sign out or your session expires after an extended period.

Resetting Your Password

  1. Click Forgot Password on the login page.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  4. Follow the link to set a new password.

The reset page always shows a success message regardless of whether the email is associated with an account. This is by design to protect user privacy.

Logging Out

  1. Click your profile avatar in the sidebar.
  2. Select Logout.

You are immediately signed out and redirected to the home page.

Google and Email Account Linking

Jenni merges accounts that share the same email address. If you signed up with Google and later set a password, you can use either method to log in. The same applies in reverse — if you created an email/password account and later use Google sign-in with the same email, both methods will work.

Troubleshooting

Verification email not received. Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address during registration. Emails can take up to 5 minutes to arrive. You can request a new verification email from the verification page.

Cannot log in. Double-check your email and password. Use Forgot Password if you cannot remember your password. Clear your browser cache and try again, or try a different browser or device.

Session expired. Log in again — your documents and data are preserved. Sessions refresh automatically under normal conditions; expiration typically means an extended period of inactivity.

Signed up with Google but trying email login (or vice versa). Jenni merges accounts under the same email, so both methods should work. If you are having trouble, try the method you originally used to create your account. If you signed up with Google and never set a password, use Forgot Password to create one.

Account disabled. Accounts may be disabled due to a violation of Jenni’s terms of use. Contact support@jenni.ai to resolve the issue.
